Using this website

You may browse this website and join the waitlist for your own lawful purposes. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in ways we have not provided.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a contract for services, or a promise of access. We may open early access gradually, in an order we choose, and features may change before launch.

Information you send us

When you join the waitlist, we handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please only submit information that is accurate and that you have the right to share.

Descriptions, examples, and documentation on this site describe the service as we plan it. They are provided for information only and may change. Example listings, prices, and API responses are illustrations.

Use of EGD Agent Grid, now and after launch, is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or this website will be brought only in the state courts located in Lake County, Florida, or the United States District Court whose district includes Lake County, Florida, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
